Space Usage. Vendors’ wares and displays must be entirely contained within the designated vendor space. ALL Vendors spaces in a given line will start at the same front line.

No lighting or sound equipment should be moved, removed, or adjusted without the consent of OGM. This includes, but is not limited to, the refocusing of lights and the additional use of the sound board inputs and outputs. Failure to abide by this measure may result in termination of contract and/or forfeiture of renter’s security deposit. RENTER agrees to keep all fire exits clear and unencumbered. RENTER is required to return the space to the agreed upon condition after shows. Failure to abide by this measure may result in termination of contract and/or forfeiture of renter’s security deposit. RENTER shall not use the Facility, or permit the Facility to be used by any of Renter’s members, officers, directors, agents, employees, licensees, or invitees, including, without limitation, any opening acts or guest artists for any unlawful or immoral purpose or in any manner likely to injure persons or property in, on or near the Facility. RENTER represents and warrants that it has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of all of the Parties including opening acts or guest artists. RENTER shall make no alterations, additions, or other changes to the Facility, including, but not limited to, installing or setting up any banners, posters, scenery, decorations or backdrops (collectively, “Alterations”), without the prior written consent of OGM, and, if approved by OGM, the installation, set-up and subsequent removal thereof will be in accordance with any requirements of OGM. Failure to comply with the terms of this Paragraph shall permit OGM to cancel this Agreement and/or any Performance or Event. RENTER shall immediately reimburse OGM the costs incurred by OGM in removing Alterations and repairing any damage to the Facility caused by such Alterations. Space Usage. All materials/equipment of a Vendor shall remain within their own Tent area, or underneath their Table area. Public and Event routes/ways must be kept clear as a top priority of safety. Event staff detecting any violation shall require immediate removal; after 3 such violations, the Vendor shall have lost all rights under this Agreement and be subject to removal.
Space Usage. For the use of the McCook Space, HTP will pay XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX per month to WGA from the Effective Date through April 30, 2015 and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX per month from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016 (“Space Usage Fee”). The Space Usage Fee shall apply even if HTP decides to cease occupying the McCook Space prior to April 30, 2016.

In the event that the INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR does not utilize the AREA in the most efficient manner to maximize work production and the number of resident employees to be employed, the OPERATOR may, in its discretion, remove from INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR'S use that amount of space in the Area not being utilized. In the event of this circumstance, OPERATOR shall give INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR written notice of its intention to reduce the workspace made available to INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR. INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR shall have ninety days after it has received written notice thereof to more efficiently utilize the space to be removed from it by OPERATOR, and at the same time, submit a plan to OPERATOR as to how that space will be more efficiently utilized. If after the ninety days, the INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR is still not utilizing the space in the most efficient manner in accordance with OPERATOR'S expectations, that space will be taken away from INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR and, in the discretion of the OPERATOR, made available to itself or other INDUSTRY CONTRACTORS. This provision of paragraph 11 shall apply only in the event that the INDUSTRY CONTRACTOR is unable to comply with Section 5; otherwise this Section 11 will not be applicable.
