Space Rental. Owner hereby grants to Renter a limited and revocable license (the “License”) to use the following space: XXXXXX XXXX (the “Space”), located on 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. The License permits Renter to use the Space only on the Event Date, during the hours specified below, and only for the purposes set forth in Section 12 below.
Space Rental. Space Rental. The standard rental space includes a floor area of approximately 8’x10” with lighted registration units, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, and Exhibitor Identification provided. All other aspects of the exhibit are to be provided by the exhibitor. The space shall be rented from 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 2nd, 2008 to 5:00 PM Friday, September 5th, 2008. The Exhibitor may set up the exhibit at any time during the hours the space is rented and shall be allowed to write sales orders. It is expected that the exhibit shall be removed by 12:00 PM Friday, September 5th, 2008. The exhibitor shall enclose payment with this contract in the amount of one thousand, four hundred dollars US ($1,400.00) for the first exhibit space and eight hundred dollars US ($800.00) for each additional space rented. If the Exhibitor cancels participation in the Exhibits Program, such cancellation shall be considered a default on the Exhibitor’s part and monies paid shall be retained by the Management as liquidated damages.
Space Rental. The District hereby grants to Renter a limited and revocable license (the “License”) to use COMMUNITY CENTER (the “Space”). The License permits The District to use the Space only on the Event Date, during the hours specified below, and only for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Space Rental. Space rent for the use of the counter and associated office space of approximately sq. ft. in the terminal building, will be $31.10 per square foot per annum for the term of the Lease agreement. A monthly payment amount of will due no later than the 1st of each month for that month. All payments to be made in advance and without demand, on the first day of each month of this Lease agreement.
Space Rental. This agreement is for the space rental only. If you are in need of an event planner or a caterer you are free to use one of your choice from an outside source for any of your other event needs. The party planner scheduling a wedding must agree to assume full responsibility for the conduct of its guests, members, participants, vendors or employees. This is the responsibility of the party planner, and the renter. The Mill Event Space is solely providing the physical space for the event. All outside contracts are subject to the restrictions and guidelines of the outside service provider and are in no way connected to The Mill Event Space or its staff members. However, copies of all agreements made with outside service providers must be presented to The MIll Event Space staff prior to the booked event, and must be approved and accepted by the management in order for the event to be held. The Mill Event Space LLC., and Mayo Mill MT LLC. are not held responsible for any outside services or additional contracts with outside vendors.
Space Rental. Manager hereby grants to Renter a limited and revocable license (the “License”) to use The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, Indiana (the “Space”). The license permits Renter to use the Space only on the Event Date, during the hours specified below, and only for the purposes set forth in this Agreement.
Space Rental. Each Agreement between Exhibitor and Show Management will designate a space area or booth number in conformity with the floor plan for the particular show. The Agreement will also indicate the approximate dimensions of the rented space. Due to last minute changes caused by building safety, fire codes, size of show, electrical layout and/or for just reason, Show Management may relocate the Exhibitor.
Space Rental. Lessee shall pay Lessor $ per month or ($ annually) for the leased premises. Such payments shall be made in advance and without demand by the first (1st) day of each month, delivered to Airport Administration, currently at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
Space Rental. Space rental for the use of Counters #3-6 and associated office space of approximately 200 sq. ft. in the terminal building will be charged at a rate of $27.63 per square foot per annum for the term of the lease. All payments shall be made in advance and without demand, on or before the 15th day of each month of this concession agreement.
