BellSouth will pro rate the total shared space preparation costs among the collocators at each location based on the amount of square footage occupied by each collocator. Space Preparation Fee. The Space Preparation Fee is a one-time fee, assessed per arrangement, per location. It recovers a portion of costs associated with the shared physical collocation area within a Premises, which include survey, engineering, design and modification costs for network, building and support systems. This is a set fee of $100 per square foot as established by the Georgia Public Service Commission Order in Docket No. 7061-U. In the event OptiLink opts for non-enclosed space, the space preparation fee will be assessed based on the total floor space dedicated to OptiLink as prescribed in Section 7 of the Collocation Attachment.

  • Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Site Preparation Contractor shall not begin a project for which the site has not been prepared, unless Contractor does the preparation work at no cost, or until Region 4 ESC includes the cost of site preparation in a purchase order. Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre-installation requirements.
