Space Heaters. Motors shall be equipped with 120 volt single phase belt type space heaters capable of raising motor temperature 10 degrees C above ambient temperature to prevent condensation. All space heater leads shall terminate in motor terminal box.
Space Heaters. The Switch Board shall have in each panel thermostatically controlled space heaters with a controlling 15 amp 230 volt switch socket outlet to eliminate condensation.
Space Heaters. If you use a space heater they must be plugged directely into the wall and placed on a solid surface with at least a 24” clearance on all sides from the walls, furniture, or other objects. You also agree to keep all heating and air conditioning units in clean condition and free of debris. THERMOSTAT SETTING FOR PIPE FREEZE PREVENTION. At no time during cold weather and especially during holiday breaks or times when you will not occupy the Leased Property, you will not turn off the heat and your thermostat will be set at a temperature of 65° or higher. You are responsible for what may be expensive repairs for burst pipes or any other damage caused by your disregard of this obligation KEYS AND LOST KEYS. You will receive only one mailbox key per Leased Property. You may not install any locks on any door other than the locks installed by us. You will pay the replacement cost of any lost mailbox or Leased Property key. No refunds for later recovered keys. If you do not return all keys at the end of your Lease Term, you will be charged for re-keying the locks.
Space Heaters. All motors shall have space heater. Space heater control will be by means of an auxiliary contact in the motor starter. Space heaters rated 1,200 watts and less shall be suitable for operation on 120 volts, singxx-xxase, 60 hertz. Heaters rated above 1,200 watts shall be suitable for operation on 208 volts, 3-phase, 60 hexxx. Heaters shall be located and insulated so they do not damage motor components or finish. Space heaters shall be sized as required to maintain the motor internal temperature above the dew point when the motor is idle. The internal temperature shall not cause winding temperatures to exceed rated limiting values nor cause thermal protective device "over temperature" indication when the motor is not energized.
