Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) plans to construct and operate a private launch site on privately owned property in Cameron County, Texas. The facility will consist of two operational areas: one for the launch site itself (the vertical launch area) and one for remote command and control of the launch activity (the control center area). Proposed facility and infrastructure construction at the vertical launch area would include the following: • Integration and Processing Hangar (Hangar) • Launch pad and stand with its associated flame duct • Water towerLightning protection towers (four total) • Retention basin for deluge water • Propellant storage and handling areas • Workshop and office area • Warehouse for parts storage • Roads, parking areas, fencing, security, lighting, and utilities The approximate 56.5-acre vertical launch area is located approximately 5 miles south of Port Xxxxxx and South Padre Island, approximately 18 miles east of Brownsville, and approximately 3 miles north of the U.S./Mexico border on the Gulf Coast of Texas. It is adjacent to the eastern terminus of State Highway 4 (Boca Chica Boulevard) and immediately south of Brazos State Park. The proposed control center area is located adjacent to Boca Chica Village, approximately 2 miles west of the proposed vertical launch area and north of Boca Chica Boulevard. The control center area is located on approximately 10 acres of contiguous property and will include the following: • Launch control center building • Payload processing facilityLaunch vehicle processing hangar • RF transmitter/receiver • Generator and diesel storage facility • Roads, parking areas, fencing, security, lighting, and utilities • A satellite fuels storage facility SpaceX intends to support up to 12 commercial launch operations per year from this facility. Launch operations include not only launches, but also pre-flight activities such as mission rehearsals and static fire engine tests. In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has prepared an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the SpaceX Texas Launch Site. In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, an extensive cultural resource investigation was undertaken in support of the EIS.   • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Cornerstone shall notify the LLC and confirm such advice in writing (i) when the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement or supplement to the Prospectus is required, when the same is filed and, in the case of the Registration Statement and any post-effective amendment, when the same becomes effective, (ii) of any request by the Securities and Exchange Commission for any amendment of or supplement to the Registration Statement or the Prospectus or for additional information and (iii) of the entry of any stop order suspending the effectiveness of the Registration Statement or the initiation or threatening of any proceedings for that purpose, and, if such stop order shall be entered, Cornerstone shall use its best efforts promptly to obtain the lifting thereof.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.
