SOW Term. Each SOW shall take force and effect on the date executed by both Parties or as otherwise stated therein and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement, shall continue until all PS to be provided thereunder have been completed (“SOW Term”).
SOW Term. Each SOW will begin on the effective date of the SOW and will remain in effect until the Services are completed, this Agreement is terminated, or the termination date set out in the SOW (the “Termination Date”), whichever is later. If no specific Termination Date is designated in the SOW, Client may terminate the SOW upon thirty (30) days written notice to Granicus.
