Solution Scoping Parameters. Bidder must have expertise in Providing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Services to Data Center which include Hardware Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Power Equipment and Network Equipment Maintenance. Already being shortlisted under Expression of Interest in which eligibility requirements of the SLA were mandatory, i.e. must be registered with Tax Authorities as per prevailing latest tax rules (Only those companies which are validly registered with sales tax and income tax departments and having sound financial strengths can participate); has valid Registration of General Sales Tax (GST), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) & National Tax Number (NTN); valid License from Pakistan Company has not been blacklisted by any of Provincial or Federal Government Department, Agency, Organization or autonomous body or Private Sector Organization anywhere in Pakistan (Submission of undertaking on legal stamp paper is mandatory), failing which will cause rejection of the bid; Has the required relevant qualified personnel and enough strength to fulfill the requirement of assignment. Conforms to the clause of “Responsiveness of Bid” given herein this tender document. Goods and Services can only be supplied / sourced / routed from “origin” in “eligible” member countries.

  • Signaling Parameters All SS7 signaling parameters will be provided in conjunction with traffic exchange trunk groups, where and as available. These parameters include Automatic Number Identification ("ANI"), Calling Party Number ("CPN"), Privacy Indicator, calling party category information, originating line information, charge number, etc. Also included are all parameters relating to network signaling information, such as Carrier Information Parameter ("CIP"), wherever such information is needed for call routing or billing. GTE will provide SS7 via GR-394-SS7 and/or GR-317-SS7 format(s).

  • Solution The Supplier’s contractually committed technical approach for solving an information technology business objective and associated Requirements as defined and authorized by the scope of the Contract or any order or Statement of Work issued under the Contract. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
