Solicitation of Third Parties. The Executive agrees that during employment, and for the longer of any period of salary continuation or for two years after terminating employment with all Group Members not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging the duties described in this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Group’s (or any Group Member’s) business interests.
Solicitation of Third Parties. The Executive agrees that during employment, and for the longer of any period of salary continuation or for two years after terminating employment with all Group Members, whether or not such termination was voluntary, not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging the duties described in this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Group’s (or any Group Member’s) business interests.

In exchange for the compensation described in Sections 2.10[1] and subject to Section 4.00, the Employee agrees that during employment and for two years after terminating employment with all Group Members not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any agent or policy holder, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging the duties described in this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Group's (or any Group Member's) business interests.

Executive agrees that during employment, and for the longer of any period of salary continuation or for two (2) years after terminating employment with all Group Members, whether or not such termination was voluntary, not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging the duties described in this 1.05

Executive agrees that during his employment, and following the termination of his employment for any period of salary continuation or for two years, whichever is greater, he shall not, either directly or indirectly, recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor or any other person having a business relationship with the Company to discontinue or reduce the extent of such relationship except in the course of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Company's business interests.
Solicitation of Third Parties. In consideration of receiving this Award, you agree that during your employment, and for two years after terminating employment with the Company or any Related Entity not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Company or any Related Entity to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging your duties to the Company or any Related Entity and with the good faith objective of advancing the Company's or any Related Entity's business interests.

The Executive agrees that during employment, and for the longer of any period of salary continuation or for two years after terminating employment with all Group Members not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship except in the course of discharging the duties described in this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Group’s (or any Group Member’s) business interests. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties agree that this provision shall apply to customers only for one year after termination of Executive’s employment.

The Executive agrees that during the Restricted Period, he shall not, either directly or indirectly, recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor or any other person having a business relationship with the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates to discontinue or reduce the extent of such relationship except in the course of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and with the good faith objective of advancing the Company's business interests.
Solicitation of Third Parties. The Executive agrees that for two consecutive years after the Separation Date not, directly or indirectly, to recruit, solicit or otherwise induce or influence any customer, supplier, sales representative, lender, lessor, lessee or any other person having a business relationship with the Group (or any Group Member) to discontinue or reduce the extent of that relationship or alter the terms thereof.
