Common use of Solicitation of Mortgagor Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Mortgagor. The Company agrees that, after the Closing Date, it will not take any action to solicit the refinancing of any Mortgage Loan. It is understood and agreed that promotions undertaken by the Company or any affiliate of the Company which are directed to the general public at large, including, without limitation, mass mailings based upon commercially acquired mailing lists, newspaper, radio or television advertisements, shall not constitute solicitation under this Section.
