Common use of Solicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Solicitation of Customers. During the Restricted Period, the Executive hereby covenants and agrees that he will not, either directly or through an Affiliate, solicit any Person that is a Current Customer (defined below) of the Employer or its Affiliates for purposes of selling products or services to such Person that are in competition with the products and services offered or sold by the Employer or its Affiliates.
