Sole Use. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to use the County funds solely for the purposes of the project as identified in the Agreement.
Sole Use. The Lessee shall be the sole and exclusive user of the equipment. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the Lessor may bring a charge of fraudulent conveyance against the Lessee if anyone other than the Lessee uses or operates the equipment.

Lessee shall use the Property during the Term for the Development and, thereafter, the use, operation and management of the Outpatient Services Building, and Lessee shall not use or permit the use of the Property for any other purpose without Lessor’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Specifically, except with the prior written consent of the Lessor, the Outpatient Services Building shall be used only for the provision by a nonprofit healthcare organization of outpatient services for residents of the City of Citrus Heights and surrounding areas and cities and all necessary ancillary facilities, including but not limited to parking as required by City planning and zoning laws.
Sole Use. The Motor Vehicle Records (“MVRs”), initially provided by Vendor to Sub-vendor, and from Sub-vendor to End User, are for the sole use of the End User and may not be resold, sub-licensed, delivered or displayed in any way to or used by any third party. End User warrants and agrees that any requests made for MVRs are only to be used as a factor in establishing a consumer’s eligibility for new or continued insurance or employment purposes only, unless otherwise restricted further by Specific State Forms (as defined below). If Customer obtains the Records for the purpose of underwriting insurance, then Customer shall be permitted to retain the Records only for as long as is necessary to conduct insurance business. Employers may retain the information only in the employee’s employment history file.
Sole Use. The Program(s) and its/their components are licensed, not sold, to You for use only within Your Business. You shall not allow the Program to be used by or for the benefit of other entities. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Program(s) or any of its/their components.
Sole Use. The Dark Fibers licensed hereunder shall be for the sole use of the Licensee and may neither be resold, sub-licensed, nor otherwise conveyed by the Licensee to any third party or entity.
