Common use of Sole Consideration Clause in Contracts

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section 3, the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliates.

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section 3herein, the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company Company, IXYS, or its their respective affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company Company, IXYS, or its their respective affiliates.

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section Sections 3, 4, and 8(e), the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliates.

Except as specifically provided in Section 3this Agreement, the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or any of its affiliates.

Except as specifically provided in Section 35, the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services and shall not be credited with any service, age, or other credit attributable to the Services for purposes of eligibility, vesting, or benefit accrual under any employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliates.

Sole Consideration. Except as specifically provided in Section 3herein, the Consultant and Xxxxxxxx shall be entitled to no compensation or benefits from the Company or its affiliates with respect to the Services services described in Section 3 and shall will, with respect to such services, not be credited with any service, age, service or other age credit for purposes of eligibility, vesting, vesting or benefit accrual under any Company employee benefit plan of the Company or its affiliatesplan.
