Soil Testing. 3.1. All jobs placing more than 1000m3 (solid) or 1,750 tonnes of fill at any of our sites will be required to provide soil testing results for contamination as part of the pre-approval information requirements, unless otherwise authorised by us.

Soil Testing. A soil test report, the results of which shall be satisfactory to Lender from Borrower’s architect or engineer stating that the foundations and structural members of the MOB have been adequately designed considering soil conditions at the Property shall have been delivered to Lender and approved by Lender and Lender’s Inspector.
Soil Testing. The Farm/Ranch shall provide access to ZFP, the Technical Assistance Provider, or an agent, to the property on which the practices funded by the Grant are implemented for the course of the Term. Soil Testing. For purposes of conducting a limited Phase II investigation, Sellers shall, at Buyer’s option, have up to a total of three soil samples taken at the Rochester facility, specifically one sample at each of the locations identified in a prior Phase I report provided to Buyer as having a potential environmental issue that was not identified in the current Phase I report. In order to exercise this option, Buyer must notify Sellers in writing within two (2) Business Days of the date hereof of its request to have such sample taken. The tests on the samples (if any) taken at the cooling tower and the wash water disposal will be limited to the substance or compound specifically identified as being of concern in the aforementioned Phase I report, and the test on the sample (if any) taken at the site adjacent to the vent near the spot welding area will not be limited to any specific substance or compound. The report on any samples taken shall either be directed to both Buyer and Sellers or include a reliance letter for the benefit of Buyer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein (including, without limitation, Section 7.2(a)), no adverse condition which may be revealed by such testing shall constitute a failure of a condition to Buyer’s obligation to consummate and effect the transactions contemplated hereby unless such adverse condition shall represent a Material Adverse Effect on the Business.
Soil Testing a flat rate of $10 per acre will be used for this practice. The maximum number of acres a producer can enroll is 100 acres. Soil sampling will be for acres that have a soil test that is greater than three years old. A maximum of a 7.5 acre grid/zone shall be paid at $10/acre. Soil test must include fertilizer recommendations that are based on the Tri-State Fertilizer Recommendations.

Soil Testing. With Approval of Lessor, which Approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, a non-exclusive right to extract soil samples, perform geotechnical tests, and conduct such other tests, studies, inspections and analyses of or on the Land as Lessee deems necessary, useful, or appropriate. Approval from Lessor shall not be required for those locations which are identified and approved in the Project Plan. Results and reports of all testing shall be shared upon request, which request shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Soil Testing a. The community garden applicant is required to test for heavy metals before planting plants intended for human consumption. PARD Community Gardens Program will verify. Soil testing funding is available through the Austin Resource Recovery Office of Xxxxxxxxxx Revitalization. The City may provide free soil testing for school and community gardens through Austin Resource Recovery Brownfields Revitalization Office. The garden applicant shall coordinate testing with the City.
