Software Tester. Software tester will work closely with business analysts and business owners to define testing strategies, plans, scenarios and test cases. Conduct and manage the execution of the tests, verify results and seek resolution to test result discrepancies. Advise on system readiness for production implementation. May include unit testing, system testing, integration testing, performance testing, usability testing and user acceptance testing. Prepare data or scripts for input, validate results, document discrepancies, retest after patches are applied, perform regression test when code is modified. Work with developer to analyze potential bugs and document steps to recreate them.

Software Tester. Minimum/General Experience A minimum of two (2) years of related testing operations/technical support analyst experience or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Minimum Education Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline or four (4) years of equivalent work experience. An advanced degree in Computer Sciences may be used in lieu of three (3) years of experience. An advance certification (PMP or ITIL) is highly desirable.   • Software Upgrades Software Upgrades consist of new product releases which are issued periodically and may include new functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes. Software Upgrades are provided only for standard hardware platforms and operating systems supported by COMSPOC as described in the Documentation. Software Upgrades will apply only to unmodified Software and commercially released updated versions of the Software. You are responsible for making or arranging for updates to interfaces for nonstandard devices or custom applications. Software Upgrades are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the then current and applicable COMSPOC Software License Agreement, available on COMSPOC’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/sla or with the deliverable Software or upon request. All major product releases and maintenance releases will be made available and may be shipped directly to you, upon request by contacting your COMSPOC point of contact or xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. You may upgrade to the latest product version at any time during the term of the Annual Support and Upgrades Agreement. You must purchase the operating system for each instance of a desktop or server separately.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Performance Testing 7.2.1 The Design-Builder shall direct and supervise the tests and, if necessary, the retests of the Plant using Design-Builder’s supervisory personnel and the Air Emissions Tester shall conduct the air emissions test, in each case, in accordance with the testing procedures set forth in Exhibit A (the “Performance Tests”), to demonstrate, at a minimum, compliance with the Performance Guarantee Criteria. Owner is responsible for obtaining Air Emissions Tester and for ensuring Air Emissions Tester’s timely performance. Design-Builder shall cooperate with the Air Emissions Tester to facilitate performance of all air emissions tests. Design-Builder shall not be held responsible for the actions of Owner’s employees and third parties involved in the Performance Testing, including but not limited to Air Emissions Tester.
