Common use of Software License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Software License Agreement. All matters relating to the ownership and right to use intellectual property, other than trademarks or as provided in Section 13.07, shall be governed exclusively by the Software License Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto. In the event of any inconsistency with respect to such matters between the Software License Agreement and this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, the Software License Agreement shall govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
