Software Documentation Sample Clauses

Software Documentation. Contractor agrees to provide to County, County-designated number of all manuals and other associated printed materials and updated versions thereof, which are necessary or useful to County in its use of the equipment or software provided hereunder. County shall designate the number of copies for production use and the number of copies for disaster recovery purposes and shall provide this information to Contractor. If additional copies of such documentation are required, Contractor shall provide such manuals at the request of County. The requesting agency/department shall be billed for the manuals and any associated costs thereto by invoice. Contractor agrees to provide such additional manuals at prices not in excess of charges made by Contractor to its best customers for similar publications. Contractor further agrees that County may reproduce such manuals for its own use in maintaining the equipment or software provided hereunder. County agrees to include Contractor’s copyright notice on any such documentation reproduced in accordance with copyright instructions to be provided by Contractor.

Software Documentation. Vendor will provide two (2) complete sets of documentation for each Software order, including technical, maintenance, and installation information. Vendor shall also provide two (2) complete sets of documentation for each updated version of Software that Vendor provides pursuant to the Software Upgrades and Enhancements section. Vendor shall provide the documentation on or before the date Vendor delivers its respective Software. There shall be no additional charge for this documentation or the updates, in whatever form provided. Vendor’s Software documentation shall be comprehensive, well structured, and indexed for easy reference. If Vendor maintains its technical, maintenance and installation documentation on a web site, Vendor may fulfill the obligations set forth in this section by providing WSDOT access to its web-based documentation information. Vendor may also provide such information on CD-ROM. Vendor grants WSDOT the right to make derivative works, update, modify, copy, or otherwise reproduce the documentation furnished pursuant to this section at no additional charge.
Software Documentation. The Company has taken reasonable actions ---------------------- to document the Software and its operation, such that the Software, including the source code and documentation, have been written in a clear and professional manner so that they may be understood, modified and maintained in an efficient manner by reasonably competent programmers.
Software Documentation. The Licensee shall at all times utilise, for its training purposes, the Software Documentation, including any training manuals, provided to it by the Licensor. The Licensee undertakes not to vary, amend or modify the Software Documentation unless the prior written approval of the Licensor has been obtained.
Software Documentation. Service Provider shall deliver to DIR all necessary and reasonable documentation for any Software provided or delivered to the DIR Customers by Service Provider as part of the Services, including user, systems, operating and program manuals (collectively, the “Software Documentation”). The Software Documentation shall include documents such as but not limited to, program narratives, external and internal system specifications (input, output, interface edit record descriptions, job flow charts, database specifications, control file specifications, sample output reports, program lists and file descriptions), reference manuals, user procedures (data entry instructions, recovery and restart instructions, set-up and error correction and accounting control procedures), operating instructions (referring to hardware as necessary), program cross-references, programming conventions and command structure description and operational instructions (including a completed operator-run instruction form for each job stream, all special instructions for handling input or output and instructions and samples for alignment of forms).
Software Documentation. County may utilize ImageTrend University to gain access to all materials related to the software products. ImageTrend University provides a library of resources, including educational videos, manuals, quick guides and help documents for all ImageTrend products. Online education materials are available to County under this Contract. Contractor further agrees that County may reproduce such materials for its own use in maintaining the equipment or software provided hereunder. County agrees to include Contractor’s copyright notice on any such documentation reproduced in accordance with copyright instructions to be provided by Contractor.
Software Documentation. 12.1 Vendor will provide Software documentation at the earlier of installation of this Software or within thirty (30) calendar days after execution of this Contract or as otherwise mutually agreed adequate for use of Software ordered under the sections of this Contract. Manual upgrades will be provided on a no-charge basis through the Vendor's local sales and service office in the form of PDF or other common digital format.

Contractor further agrees that County may reproduce such manuals for its own use in maintaining the equipment or software provided hereunder. County agrees to include Contractor’s copyright notice on any such documentation reproduced in accordance with copyright instructions to be provided by Contractor. County shall destroy any reproduced material at the conclusion of the Contract subject to County’s document retention requirements.
Software Documentation. Supplier shall provide Customer with one (1) set of all Software Documentation in electronic or paper format relating to the version of the Software licensed to Customer if made available by the software manufacturer. For custom developed software by the Supplier; Supplier will provide one (1) set of all Software Documentation in electronic or paper format and represents and warrants that the Software Documentation shall be sufficient to enable Customer to obtain the benefits of the Software.
