Software Code. For some components of the Bergamot project (e.g. Xxxxxx for MT, deep- Quest and OpenKiwi for QE), we rely on an existing code base; the browser extension will be developed from scratch. In addition to the code written by the software developers, software test- ing by developers and users will result in bug reports and subsequent online discussions. These bug reports and subsequent discussions will be filed and preserved in issue trackers associated with the respective software repos- itories.

Software Code. Customer has right to use the Software in Object Code form. Customer also has the right to use the Software in Object Code form temporarily on another SunGard Public Sector-supported configuration, for disaster recovery of Customer’s computer operations.
Software Code. The Software Code Deliverable is the programming language written by Key Person(s) to implement an enhancement or bug fix for a software System. The uncompiled software code is stored in ODOT DevOps and the software builds are installed on the server environment. • Test Plan. The Test Plan Deliverable contains information about how the System modifications will be tested. The Deliverable describes the types of tests to be performed (e.g. unit, functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing, performance, etc.) and the test groups describing specific tests that need to be performed to ensure the System meets the requirements.
Software Code. (09/17) Inclusion of Illicit Code as set forth in Section 5.3.5, shall be considered a Material Breach of this Contract and no notice or cure period will apply. In addition to any other remedy available to it under this Contract with respect to any such Material Breach, the City reserves the right to pursue any civil and/or criminal penalties available to it against Contractor, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Deceptive Trade Practices & Consumer Protection Act, the Computer Crimes Law and any other remedy at law or equity.
Software Code. The computer program code for the Software "As Is" without any representation and warranties and with all applicable disclaimers as set forth in the EXXX, both object and source code, and authorization codes and guidelines for all four platforms; provided, however, that Seller shall deposit the source code and authorization codes with an escrow agent at the Closing of this Agreement. The source code and authorization codes shall be automatically released to Buyer when Seller receives payment in full of the Purchase Price pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. If Seller does not receive payment in full of the Purchase Price pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Seller shall so certify to the escrow agent, and the source code and authorization code shall be automatically released to Seller.

  • Incorporation of Software Code I agree that I will not incorporate into any Company software or otherwise deliver to Company any software code licensed under the GNU General Public License or Lesser General Public License or any other license that, by its terms, requires or conditions the use or distribution of such code on the disclosure, licensing, or distribution of any source code owned or licensed by Company except in strict compliance with Company’s policies regarding the use of such software.

You agree to take all necessary actions and precautions to prevent the introduction and proliferation of any Malicious Code into those systems that interact with the Services.

  • Federal Regulations No part of the proceeds of any Loans will be used for "purchasing" or "carrying" any "margin stock" within the respective meanings of each of the quoted terms under Regulation U as now and from time to time hereafter in effect or for any purpose that violates the provisions of the Regulations of the Board. If requested by any Lender or the Administrative Agent, the Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent and each Lender a statement to the foregoing effect in conformity with the requirements of FR Form G-3 or FR Form U-1 referred to in Regulation U.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Privacy Act If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).

  • App 1 et seq, any Executive Order or regulation promulgated thereunder and administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury; and
