Society. The physician will be selected by the alternate strik- ing of names from the list by the Union and the Employer. The Employer will supply the selected physician with all relevant facts including job description and occupational physical requirements. The decision of the third physician will be final as to the employ- ee’s medical condition and occupational limitations, if any. Any other issues relating to the employee’s entitlement to a light duty assignment shall be resolved through the grievance-arbitration procedure. The costs of the services of the third physician shall be shared by the Union and the Employer.

Society. The Society shall continue to function as a private, nonprofit corporation organized under chapter 181 of Wisconsin Statutes with tax-exempt status under section under section 501(3)(c) of the Internal Revenue Code, independent and separate from the County. The Society shall, to the best of its ability, provide support to Zoo as provided in this Agreement. As more fully discussed in the Strategic Plan, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Society shall be responsible with respect to: (i) business operations,
Society represented lawyers shall accumulate seniority on the basis of years, months and days since the lawyer’s date of hire. Seniority shall not accrue during any breaks in service or any unpaid leaves except for unpaid leaves that are the result of disability or legislated entitlements, and leaves for Society business regardless of the length of the leave.
Society represented lawyers shall continue to be entitled to payment of professional dues and professional insurance in accordance with the Employer’s Payment of Professional Dues policy.
Society represented lawyers shall be entitled to a 60-minute (1 hour) unpaid lunch period during each work day. Failure by a Society-represented lawyer to take such breaks shall not result in any adverse impacts for the lawyer. Society-represented lawyers may take a shorter unpaid lunch period, such period shall not be less than thirty (30) minutes, when reasonable.
Society represented lawyers are entitled to up to three (3) days leave of absence per year with pay on special or compassionate grounds. This includes time for difficult personal situations which may include: additional time for bereavement, bereavement related to the death of an individual not listed in Article 45.2.1, travel to and from a funeral or celebration of life, or time required to spend with a relative with a severe or continuous illness.
Society represented lawyers who are absent from the workplace due to illness or injury shall maintain insured benefits for up to seventeen (17) calendar weeks per period of absence and this period may be extended for a period of time if the Society-represented lawyer has applied for Long-Term Disability benefits and one of the following conditions applies:
Society represented lawyers shall continue to receive benefits coverage from SunLife Financial as set out in: “Your Group Benefits: LEGAL AID ONTARIO” (SunLife Financial: Contract Number 50898, BSC 9104743 and PAI 9104744). The Employer will arrange additional benefits coverage that at all option levels as follows:

Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, the Society shall own, be responsible for and agrees to pay all costs associated with the delivery of the Services in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the following costs:
