Common use of Social Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Social Responsibility. the Contractor is responsible for the impacts of its decisions and previous and current activities on society and the environment through an ethical and transparent behavior that (i) contributes to sustainable development, including health and well-being of society and takes into account the stakeholders’ expectations; (ii) complies with the Best Practices of the Oil Industry; and (iii) is integrated into the Contractor and shown in its relationships related to the Contractor’s activities within its sphere of influence.
