Common use of Social Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Concessionaire’s responsibility for the impacts of its decisions and activities on the society and environment, through an ethical and transparent behavior that (i) contributes to the sustainable development, including health and wellness of the society, and takes into account expectations of the stakeholders; (ii) is in compliance with the Best Practices of the Oil Industry; and (iii) is integrated into the Concessionaire and shown in its relationships related to the Concessionaire’s activities within its sphere of influence.
