The social media campaign uses an interest-based approach which focuses on the interests that users exhibit while on the social media platforms. Facebook will allow Angeion to cause ads to be delivered directly to those audience members via the Facebook platform, whether on mobile device, tablet or computer.

Social Media Notice. Commencing no earlier than the Notice Date and ending by the Claim Deadline, the Settlement Administrator shall implement a social media campaign to provide additional notice to Settlement Class Members, which shall include: (a) a custom Facebook campaign whereby additional notice will provided directly via Facebook to Settlement Class Accounts with identifiable Facebook accounts; and (b) a supplemental interest- based Facebook and Instagram campaign designed to target Settlement Class Members.
Social Media Notice. The Franchisees undertake to: within 28 days of, but not prior to, the FWO publishing a Media Release on its website in respect of this Undertaking, place a post on each Franchisee’s Facebook Page (where available), which will: be posted and pinned to the top of the homepage in public view; remain on the Facebook page for a continuous period of at least 28 days; and be in the form of the Public Notice set out at Attachment B. Within 7 days of posting the notice on each of the Franchisees Facebook page (where available) provide evidence of the posting of the link to the Franchisee’s Facebook Page to the FWO. Workplace Notice Within 28 days of the execution of this Undertaking, the Franchisees will display (or cause to be displayed) a notice at each of the Franchisees sites in Australia (Workplace Notice). The Workplace Notice will: be in the form of Attachment B; include details of the designated email address referred to in paragraph 34 above; be printed in at least A3 size; be clearly displayed in a location to which all employees who work at the Franchisor or Franchisees have access (for example, on a workplace noticeboard); and be displayed for a period of 12 months. Within 28 days of displaying the Workplace Notice, the Franchisor will provide confirmation, including photographic evidence of display, to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been displayed at each of the Franchisees sites in Australia. At the end of the period of 12 months, the Franchisor will provide confirmation to the FWO that the Workplace Notice has been continuously displayed for the required period, including photographic evidence of display in each Franchise location. Community service payment Within 60 days of the execution of this Undertaking, the Franchisor undertakes to make the following donations:

If the Applicant resides outside of NB's service area, NB, in cooperation with the Applicant, will select a Local Home Study Agency to conduct direct social services.   • JOB XXXXXXX (a) There shall be a Xxxxxxx on each job at all times, who shall be a Union Member in good standing, and shall be appointed by the Business Representative, from amongst the Employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer, in writing, who their Xxxxxxx is. If the Employer disapproves of the said appointed Xxxxxxx, they shall immediately notify the Union, in writing, stating the reasons for their disapproval. If their reasons are acceptable to the Union, a new Xxxxxxx will be appointed immediately. If not acceptable, the Union and the Employer will meet to discuss the reasons for disapproval, and if necessary, grievance procedure will be followed. The Xxxxxxx shall keep a record of members hired, laid-off, and discharged, and shall take up all grievances on the job, and try to have same adjusted. In the event he/she cannot adjust them, he/she must promptly report that fact to the Business Representatives of the Union, so STEP 2 of the Grievance Procedure can be followed through. He/She shall see that the provisions of this Agreement are complied with and report the true conditions and facts. It is recognized as the Employer’s responsibility to make whatever provisions are necessary for the care of injured worker. The Employer agrees that when Employees are laid-off, all things being equal, the Xxxxxxx will be one of the last employees laid-off.
