Social Media Management. Social media is a great tool to increase social engagement with your brand. We will post content on your social media platform(s) as well as interact with your followers. The goal of our posts will be to engage your followers on a consistent basis and create more visibility and loyalty to your brand. We also use social media as a way to connect with other related and complementary businesses and organizations, creating even more visibility. Your Service Agreement will outline your specific plan including the number of Social Media sites we will manage, and the number of management hours to be provided per month. Included in each plan are: regular postings on applicable social media platforms; branding and design of all platforms, and daily monitoring of platforms to respond to comments, messages, posts and spam. In addition, we will run contests and promotions (with Client approval). If additional hourly services are required by Client they can be purchased for the discounted rate contained in the Service Agreement. In the event of increased costs, we will proceed only after receiving both approval (written or oral) and payment from the Client. This Client approval shall be binding and incorporated into this agreement.

The total number of weekly posts across your platforms is based on your monthly package with at least 1 post per week included in the $950 plan, at least 2 posts per week are included in the $1,550 plan and at least 5 posts per week are included in the $2,750 plan. We will run ads (Social Targeting Ads) on the various social media platforms at your direction, 100 Ad Credits are included with your package each month and additional Ad Credits may be added on demand.
Social Media Management a. SUDS will create a go-to-market digital ad calendar for the 90-day campaign, which will be provided to the Customer for approval prior to scheduling. This calendar only includes digital ads and not social engagement posts on the feed.
Social Media Management. During the Term and any extension(s) thereof, Company shall dedicate not less than two (2) of its employees on a full-time basis to manage and implement the various social media and marketing efforts and initiatives contemplated in connection with the Advisor’s performance of Services hereunder (each a “Company Contact”). All activities of the Company Contacts shall be subject to the advanced review and approval of Advisor. Advisor shall also have right of prior approval over each individual Company intends to allocate to the roles provided in this Section 3, and Company shall remove and replace any Company Contact upon the request of the Advisor (provided further that any such replacement also to be subject to the Advisor’s approval). The services rendered by Company Contacts will be in mutual cooperation with the Advisor to achieve the objectives of this Agreement. The Advisor acknowledges that the Company Contacts will coordinate with specific departments inside Company to carry out the business under this Agreement.

Your Social Media Manager will work with you to help engage and interact with your followers, as well as, create more visibility and loyalty to your brand. Included in each plan are regular postings on applicable social media platforms, branding and design, regular monitoring and communication on platforms to engage with followers, and response (with your permission) to comments, messages, posts and spam. One round of revisions to weekly post designs and branding is included for free. Additional revisions will be available at the normal creative time hourly rate. Your Service Agreement will outline your specific plan (Basic, Standard or Advanced) including the monthly recurring price. The Basic Plan includes 2 posts per week on a maximum of two social media platforms, and an additional 150 Ad Credits per month to boost posts or purchase other types of social media ads. The Standard Plan includes 4 posts per week across a maximum of 4 social media platforms, and an additional 200 Ad Credits a month. The Advanced Plan includes 7 posts per week across all of your social media platforms, and an additional 400 Ad Credits per month. Additional Ad Credits may be added on demand for an additional monthly or one-time fee.

With Social Media Management, we will provide a dedicated Social Media Manager to help you manage your business’ social presence. Included in each plan are regular postings on applicable social media platforms, branding and design, regular monitoring and communication on platforms to engage with followers, and response (with your permission) to comments, messages, posts and spam. Your Service Agreement will outline your specific plan (Basic, Standard or Advanced) including the monthly recurring price. The Basic or Maintenance Plan includes 4 posts per month on a maximum of two social media platforms, and up to 1 hour per month of engagement on your profiles. The Standard Plan includes 8 posts per month across a maximum of 3 social media platforms, up to 2 hours of engagement per month, up to one video per month and an additional 150 Ad Credits per month. The Advanced Plan includes 16 posts per month on a maximum of 4 platforms, up to 4 hours of engagement per month, up to 2 videos per month and an additional 400 Ad Credits per month. Additional services may be added as follows: +1 Platform per month - $150/mo, +1 Post per month - $75/mo, and +1 hour of engagement per month - $75/mo. Additional Ad Credits may be added on demand for an additional monthly or one-time fee.

Develop creative content and graphics and share on social media channels. To create engagement by responding to user comments and queries on the social media platforms included in this agreement. The Parties agree that the Services must be completed according to the terms of this Agreement.
