Common use of Social Behaviour Clause in Contracts

Social Behaviour. 7.3 You and anyone living in your home, or visiting you, (including children) must not do, incite, allow to be done, commit on the premises or around the dwelling, in communal areas, on the estate of which the dwelling is part, or on or around any other property belonging to the Council, anything which is, causes, or may become a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to any person, or child living on or visiting the estate.
