The Principal will then present this matter to the District Athletic / Activities Director (DAAD). District Teams: will be allocated four (4) coaches (two per level). It is preferred that each middle school have at least one coach but not necessary. Additional coaches will follow procedure listed above in seeking additional coach.
Soccer. An athlete must participate in (1/2) one-half of the halves played.
Soccer. (i) Soccer Residuals and Clearances. Licensor has paid or will pay all compensation, residuals, reuse fees, synchronization royalties, and other payments which must be made, in connection with Licensed Soccer Rights and in connection with exploitation of such rights, to any third parties including musicians, directors, writers, producers, announcers, publishers, composers, on-camera and off-camera performers, players and other persons who participated in production of the games with respect to such rights, and to any applicable unions, guilds or other labor organizations; provided, however, that Licensor has not acquired performing rights for performance in the Territory of the music contained in such Licensed Soccer Rights, which rights shall be obtained by Licensee; provided, further, however, that Licensor warrants and represents that all music is available for licensing through ASCAP, BMI or SESAC (or any successor or similar entity in the United States) or is in the public domain or is owned or controlled by Licensor to the extent necessary to permit Broadcasts hereunder in the Territory and no additional clearance or payment is required for such Broadcast; provided that nothing in this representation shall be deemed to affect Licensee’s obligations to pay Royalty and Mexican Soccer Fees pursuant to this Agreement;
Soccer. 1. First/Next Goalscorer - The bet refers to a specific player being the scorer of the listed goal within the applicable timeframe, or else being the first scorer for his team (E.g., "First Goalscorer - Team X)". Bets will be voided on players who do not take part in the match or else come on the field of play after the listed goal to which the bet refers to has been scored. Own goals do not count for the settlement of this offer. Should the goal to which the bet refers to be deemed as an own goal, the next player to score a goal which is not an own goal and conforms with the bet offer parameters will be deemed as the winning outcome. In case no goals (or no further goals, as applicable) is/are scored which are not own goals and fulfil the remaining bet offer parameters, all bets will be considered lost, unless an applicable option has been listed within the offer.
Soccer a. Three officials will be assigned for priority varsity contests when available. Play - ins through the quarter finals, 3 on field officials will be assigned. During the semi-finals, and final rounds of playoffs, three on field officials and a 4th official will be assigned. Compensation will be full game fee plus the applicable 10%, 35% and 50%. The 4th official will receive the modified fee plus 35% and 50%. Fees will be paid accordingly: center referee (40% of total fee) and the two (2) assistant referees (30% each of the total fee) when working the Section VIII semifinal and final games.
Soccer. If a second team is necessary, a third soccer coach will be hired due to safety and supervision concerns. This position will be placed on the schedule at a Level II.
Soccer. Post season play begins after the open sectional tournament round.
