Common use of SOAP-Ineligible Applicants Clause in Contracts

SOAP-Ineligible Applicants. Unmatched applicants who are SOAP-ineligible and who elect to use ERAS may begin applying for positions in non-Match participating programs when ERAS opens at 12:00 p.m. eastern time on Monday of Match Week. SOAP–ineligible applicants who elect not to use ERAS shall not contact or apply to non-Match participating programs prior to 3:00 p.m. eastern time on Monday of Match Week. Unmatched applicants who are SOAP-ineligible shall not contact Match- participating programs until after SOAP concludes at 11:00 a.m. eastern time on Thursday of Match Week.
