Dag No. 129, recorded under L.R. Khatian No. 1453 and (2) piece and parcel of Sali (agricultural) land measuring 1.76 (one point seven six) decimal, more or less, [out of total land measuring 08 (eight) decimal, more or less], being part of R.S./L.R. Dag No. 101, recorded in L.R. Khatian Nos. 773 and 454, both aggregating to land measuring 9.8538 (nine point eight five three eight) decimal, more or less, Mouza Paschim Icchapur, X.X. No. 29, Xx.Xx. XXXXX XXXXXX alias XXXXX XXXXXX (XXXXX) (PAN- XXXXX0000X) wife of- Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx and daughter of- Late Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx alias Xxxxx Xxxxxx, wife residing at- Dhalua, P.O.- Panchpota, P.S.- Narendrapur (previously Sonarpur), Kolkata- 700152 (“Owners”) are the joint and lawful owners of Xxxxx Xxxxxx (7) Smt. Xxxxxxxx land total measuring about 6.5 decimal be the same a little more or less in Mouza- Xxxxxx, wife of Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and (8) Xxx Xxxxxxxx XxxxxxX.X. Xx.- 43, son of Late Xxxxxxxxx XxxxxxR.S. No.- 235, all are represented by their lawfully constituted attorney Sri Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx XxxxxxxxTouzi No. 340-342, son of Late Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx XxxxxxxxR.S. Khatian No.- 165, by way of a Deed of Sale in Bengali language (kobala) dated 16th September 2016 registered in the office of the L.R. Khatian No. 4005, 4006, 4007, R.S. Dag No. 358 corresponding to L.R. Dag No.- 374, Holding No. 704, Dhalua Paschim, under Additional District Sub-. Registrar– Garia and Police Station– Narendrapur (previously Sonarpur), Kadambagachiunder the jurisdiction of Xxxx No.- 2 of Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality, North District– South 24 Parganas Parganas. After the demise of Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx alias Xxxxx Xxxxxx ( the deceased husband of the Owner No. 1 herein as well as the deceased father of the Owners No. 2 & 3 herein) the owners herein inherited the said land. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx alias Xxxxx Xxxxxx being the “ Third P arty” of the Deed of Partition being Deed No. 468 of 1989 registered on 02.02.1989 before A.D.S.R. Sonarpur got the ownership of the land as per “ Schedule- Gha” of the said Deed of Partition (i.e. Deed No. 468 of 1989) and xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Naskar alias Xxxxx Xxxxxx got the absolute ownership of the land measuring about 6.5 decimal in R.S. Dag No. 358, X.X. Xxxxxxx Xx. 000, Xxxxx - Xxxxxx. The Owners and the Promoter have entered into a Development Agreement on 24.08.2020 registered before A.D.S.R. Garia and recorded in Book-Book No. I, Volume No. 15191629-20162020, at Pages 35071 93404 to 3509293442, being Being No. 151901638 2566 for the year 2016, sold, conveyed and transferred in favour of Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, wife of Sri Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, ALL THAT (1) piece and parcel of Sali (agricultural) land measuring 8.0938 (eight point zero nine three eight) decimal, more or less, [out of total land measuring 37 (thirty-seven) decimal, more or less], comprised in R.S./L.R.
