TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. Timing of Messages With respect to GTE resold measured rate local service(s), chargeable time begins when a connection is established between the calling station and the called station. Chargeable time ends when the calling station "hangs up," thereby releasing the network connection. If the called station "hangs up" but the calling station does not, chargeable time ends when the network connection is released by automatic timing equipment in the network.
Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).
