Common use of Smoking Cessation Clause in Contracts

Smoking Cessation. Departments with "no smoking" policies shall provide for voluntary smoking cessation counseling for employees within their work locale where budgets allow such expenditures. Employees may use either vacation or sick leave credits, upon approval of their supervisor, to attend cessation counseling.
