Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or the building where the Tenant's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the Leased Premises to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living. Tenant and members of Tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or in the Building where Tenant’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of the Building or other parts of the rental community. Tenant shall not permit any guests or visitors under control of Tenant to do so. As such, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including, but not limited to: Any dwelling unit, including, but not limited to, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathroom, patios, balconies, unit entryway areas, and leased exterior spaces; or in the common areas of any Landlord building, community, common area, or facility. Xxxxxx has read and agrees to abide by the terms of Landlord’s No Smoking Policy set forth in Exhibit H attached to this Lease.
Smoke-Free Complex. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Resident and members of Resident's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Resident and members of Resident's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Resident, or the building where the Resident's dwelling is located or in or within 15 feet of any of the common areas such as the stairwells, patios, playgrounds, laundry rooms, office, and community room of the rental community, nor shall Resident permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Resident agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Resident and members of Resident's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Resident and members of Resident’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Resident, or the building where the Resident's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas, garage or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the cooperative community, nor shall Resident permit any guests or visitors under the control of Resident to do so. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 25 feet from any entrance or window.

Tenant and members of tenant’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by tenant, or the building where the tenant’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the rental community, nor shall tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so.

Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Xxxxxx and members of Tenant's household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment with no exceptions as of January 1st, 2010. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit rented by Tenant, or in the building where the Tenant's dwelling is located or in any of the common areas or within 25 ft of any doorways or windows to either building, nor shall Tenant permit any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to do so. Tenant and members of Tenant's household shall not allow smoke to migrate into the Tenant’s unit, other units or common areas of the apartment complex.
Smoke-Free Complex. Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the property, including the Unit to be occupied by Tenant and members of Tenant’s household, has been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Tenant and members of Tenant’s household shall not smoke within 25 feet of any building. Tenant shall not let any guests or visitors under the control of Tenant to smoke within 25 feet of any building.
Smoke-Free Complex. Employee agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Employee and members of Employee’s household have been designated as a smoke-free living environment. Employee and members of Employee’s household shall not smoke anywhere in the unit occupied by Employee, or the building where the Employee’s dwelling is located, or in any of the common areas or adjoining grounds of such building or other parts of the complex, nor shall Employee permit any guests or visitors under the control of Employee to do so.
Smoke-Free Complex. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that the premises to be occupied by Xxxxxx, and members of Tenant’s household, have been designated as smoke-free. Tenant, members of Tenant’s household, and guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere inside of the apartment, or the building which includes the garage where the Tenant’s apartment is located. Xxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that this policy applies to all guests and visitors of Tenant and that a violation of this policy by Xxxxxx, members of Tenant’s household, guests, visitors, or persons coming to Tenant’s apartment or the building because of Tenant, shall be a breach of this lease and grounds for termination of Tenant’s occupancy agreement and forfeiture of security deposit.
