  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.   • Furniture Sub-Sublandlord represents and warrants that all furniture and equipment listed and described in Schedule “B” attached hereto is within the Sub-Subleased Premises (such equipment and furniture is hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Existing Furniture”). The Sub-Sublandlord warrants that the Existing Furniture is free of any financial lien or hypothec and that there are no service contracts affecting the Existing Furniture.
