SKIRTING. Mobile Home skirting must be presentable and in good condition. The addition of skirting must be approved by Management in our sole discretion. Skirting must conform with all applicable law and standards. Resident must install skirting on the manufactured home within thirty (30) days following the setup of the manufactured home on the home site, which skirting must meet Management’s reasonable approval. For homes on blocked foundations and before occupancy of the home, Xxxxxx agrees to install a molded, vinyl skirting around the entire exterior surface of the home. Only prefabricated skirting will be approved. Skirting on all existing homes must be constructed of material similar to the siding on the home and colored to match or complement the home. All skirting must be maintained in good repair and in a safe and attractive condition.

Master Spas, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that the optional MasterTech™ skirting will not crack or rip due to defects in material for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original retail purchase. Master Spas, Inc. warrants to the original retail pur- chaser that the DuraMaster Polymer™ skirting will not crack or rip for the life of the spa. Bowing that can occur under some conditions is considered normal and not covered by this limited warranty. If the skirting on the spa fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, Master Spas Inc. will either repair or replace the defective skirting. The cost of shipping and installation of any replacement skirting is the sole responsibility of purchaser (Parts only). SKIRTING. Wet wipe with hard surface cleaner weekly and remove stains and/or marks when necessary.
SKIRTING. Skirting shall be installed within 14 days of placing a manufactured home on a manufactured home Site. Skirting must be of vinyl compatible with the design of the manufactured home supported with a minimum 2’ x 2’ frame wall. The skirting must have a readily removable access panel with a minimum width of 1.2 metres close to the water / sewer service box. The skirting will also be installed around porches and all steps. Ventilation shall be provided to the crawl space (1 square foot for every 000 xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxx of the home, uniformly distributed). If the tenant does not comply with the skirting rules & regulations, the landlord reserves the right to take necessary steps to complete construction of proper skirting at the tenant's expense. SKIRTING. A. Within fifteen days after arrival, each home must be skirted with prefinished vinyl T-lock skirting or other skirting approved by the Management, and residents must keep their skirting clean, painted and well maintained. All skirting must match. (Residents have the option of purchasing approved skirting at the West Park Village offices.)
SKIRTING. All and other flooring and skirting inside the flat including the balcony shall be made with 2’x2’ Vitrified tiles. The toilets shall have 6’ glazed white ceramic tiles with marble/tile flooring. The kitchen will have tile flooring.
