Skin Protection From Ultra Violet Radiation. The Local Occupational Health and Safety Committees will identify situations where employee duties will involve unavoidable exposure to ultra-violet radiation for periods of time that would require an appropriate broad-spectrum sunscreen. The Local Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall provide employees with appropriate information on the necessity to wear suitable clothing and to avoid ultra-violet radiation in order to prevent illness or injury.
