Skills/Competencies. The impact assessment will require an experienced, multidisciplinary research team. Applicants should have:  Established and credible body of work on gender and violence against women,  Demonstrated best practice in impact evaluation, preferably of interventions to reduce incidence of VAW in developing country environments.  Proven record of field implementation of large, long term and complex research and evaluation projects.  Sound understanding of appropriate statistical and survey expertise and experience, analytical and report writing skills and task management  Have previous experience of working on monitoring and evaluation systems with bi-laterals and multilaterals like DFID, World Bank and others, particularly in India.   Experience of working with and advising government in South Asia, preferably India.  Publication in international peer reviewed journals. The Lead Researchers will hold Ph.Ds in relevant fields and have at least ten years postdoctoral experience in undertaking similar types of research and impact evaluation. Field researchers will have at least Masters level qualifications relevant to the proposed research, with extensive experience of delivering fieldwork in north India, and ideally in Madhya Pradesh The Team Leader should have a minimum of 15 years of gender and social research, with a credible range of peer reviewed publications. He/she should also have proven record of undertaking robust monitoring and evaluation of large and complex social issues, particularly unequal power relations, violence against women and girls. In addition s/he should have proven experience of managing people and large projects from design to implementation with proven success, demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills; and good demonstrable networks with stakeholders including government, donors, researchers, and civil society, ideally in India.

Skills/Competencies for the team The following specific competencies shall be present within the technical team:  Each of the Consultant’s individuals constituting the designated technical team shall have a minimum of 5 years design related nuclear specific experience in any technical department in Eskom and may be of any engineering discipline.  General understanding of plant systems and integration requirements.   • Competencies The following competencies apply to this position. The employee will be assessed against these as part of their annual performance and development review.

  • Cultural Competence A. The CONTRACTOR shall participate in the State's efforts to promote the delivery of services in a culturally competent manner to all beneficiaries, including those with limited English proficiency and diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, disabilities, and regardless of gender, sexual orientation or gender identity.   • Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training.

  • Competency Competency involves application of knowledge and skills to a limited range of tasks and roles. There is a specific range of contexts where the choice of actions is clear. The competencies are normally used within established routines, methods and procedures that are predictable. Judgments against established criteria may also be required.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.

  • People in this context are the recipients of services provided by the local authority, or the direct beneficiaries of its activities. They can be of any age, for example:-  residents of local authority homes;  clients of, for example, social workers and home carers;  pupils of schools in the local authority’s area;  users of libraries and leisure facilities;  recipients of local authority services, including public health services;  those who benefit from local authority inspection and registration activities;  users of cafes, restaurants and other businesses, who benefit from local authority inspection and enforcement activities.   • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA. As such, the School shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws, rules, policies, procedures, and directives regarding the education of students with disabilities, including but not limited to Ch. 8-60, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
