Sites and Services. Provider may use Company’s Sites and Services to research, review, and engage Service Technicians to perform specialized services and tasks on behalf of Provider (the “Services”). Prior to using Company’s Sites and Services, Provider shall create a profile that includes (“Profile”) input general information regarding Provider’s business, business address, contact information of responsibility party, and other information that Company may deem necessary or appropriate from time to time. Provider hereby authorizes Company include 1 NTD: We have chosen the defined term of “Provider” opposed to “Partner” because of liability risks. Referring to the Providers and Technicians as “Partners” creates the risk that Phleboservices could be vicariously liable for the mistakes of its “Partners”. the Profile in the Company’s database and make it available public display within the Sites and Services to the Validated Service Technicians.
Sites and Services. We do not guarantee that access to or use of EIOC or any services will be uninterrupted or error free, and EFT shall not be liable for any feature not being accessible or for any unavailability of its website and services. The website and its features may be expanded, limited or modified at any time by EFT to meet the needs of its Users, or for technical or other reasons, without advance notice or reason. We may also in our sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue providing, temporarily or permanently, any part or the entire website, without notice. Sites and Services. This Agreement is an agreement between FCA and you (“You” or “Your”) and governs Your use of all services provided by FCA to You through its website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, the FCA SCOPE mobile application, all related sites and mobile applications, and the various content, features, and services offered on and in connection with these sites and applications (collectively, the “Sites and Services”).

  • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
