Site Visitors. Subcontractor shall insure that all its personnel and site visitors wear hard-hats, safety glasses, and all other appropriate safety protection as required by OSHA, at all times while on the job site. Subcontractor shall ensure that all visitors check in at FLINT site office. Further, Subcontractor shall ensure that all visitors who are not covered by its certificate of insurance complete and sign FLINT Project Site Liability Waiver prior to entry onto the site. These waivers shall be available at FLINT site office. Subcontractor shall be responsible to obtain all security clearances for its employees, agents, subcontractors and suppliers.
Site Visitors. Site Access will be controlled by the Ministry. Only authorized personnel will be granted access to the site and all visitors will be briefed regarding the hazards on the site and the precautions that must be undertaken to safely visit the area.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services.
