Site Supervisors. Users will pay the salary(ies) for School Board employee(s) to be on-site during events that occur beyond normal operating hours of the Facility. The number of employees will be determined by the Facility. The employee cannot be part of the event and no employee is to be paid directly by the organization. Changes and Corrections Users must inform and receive approval from the Facility Contact in writing regarding any changes to the schedule. User must also inform Facilitron at least two (2) business days prior to the event of requested changes to the schedule by writing a “comment” on the reservation webpage. All changes must be verified in writing by the Facility contact. No revisions will be made to the invoice more than thirty (30) days after the scheduled occurrence. Outstanding Balances

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • CONSTRUCTION MANAGER’S SERVICES The services which the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.

  • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.

  • CONTRACTOR’S SUPERINTENDENCE Add the following at the end of the first paragraph of sub-clause 15.1: “The Contractor shall, within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Engineer’s order to commence the works inform the Engineer in writing the name of the Contractor’s Representative and the anticipated date of his arrival on site. Add the following Sub-clause 15.2 ‘SUBCLAUSE 15.2- LANGUAGE ABILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS OF CONTRACTOR’S AUTHORISED AGENT Unless otherwise stated in the tender document, the Contractor’s Agent or Representative on the site shall have a minimum qualification of a Registered Professional Engineer (Highways) and shall be able to read and write English fluently. The Contractor’s Agent or Representative shall have at least 5 years relevant experience as a Site Agent.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
