Site Staff. Contractor shall require that there are at the Site sufficient suitably qualified and experienced personnel to manage and perform the Work at the Site and to direct the operating and maintenance personnel in the commissioning and testing of the Facility.

Site Staff. 4.1 If in the opinion of the Consulting Engineer the execution of the Project or the Works including any investigations warrants full time or part time Site Staff to be deployed at any stage, the Client shall not unreasonably withhold consent to the employment and/or deployment of such suitably qualified technical and clerical Site Staff as the Consulting Engineer shall consider necessary.
Site Staff. The cost of employing site staff appointed in terms of sub-section 2.4.4 shall be refundable as provided for in sub-section 3.5.4 and 4.5.4 of this Annexure.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.
