Site Specific Payments. 5.6.1 Where the Company is obliged to make site specific payments (such as productivity, site disability and other contingencies specifically relating to the site) under prevailing industrial instruments properly certified under the Act, which in addition must also meet the requirements of 8.4 of the Construction Industry National Code of Practice and Implementation Guidelines, the following conditions will apply:
Site Specific Payments. The Parties acknowledge that from time to time, clients and head contractors who engage the Company will have site, project, or other agreements, including site rates agreements and site allowance agreements with trade unions and/or Employees directly. It is expressly agreed by the Parties that the terms and conditions of this Agreement will always prevail over (i.e., be in lieu of) the terms and conditions of such agreements, whether such agreements arise under contract, State or Federal industrial instrument or otherwise.

Site Specific Payments. Where site specific allowances or other payments are made on a particular project or site, the Company will adopt those allowances and payments for the duration of that project or work at that site, provided that: • Such allowances and payments will only apply while Employees are engaged on the project or site; and • Such payments are provided for in an instrument registered, lodged, or otherwise approved under the Fair Work Act. • This clause will not be used to reduce the allowances and payments of this Agreement in any way. The Parties note specifically that the Agreement does not apply to: • Management and supervisory personnel; • Transportation or deliveries of material and or equipment to and from the Project; • Commissioning and Operations; • Engineers/technicians/surveyors; • Clerical and administration personnel; • Electrical or Mechanical tradesperson; • Projects with a value under $5,000,000. • Work that is done on the Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project.

  • COMPENSATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 5.1 For the Construction Manager’s performance of the Work as described in Section 2.3, the Owner shall pay the Construction Manager the Contract Sum in current funds.   • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:
