Site Roads. C.4.5.3.1 Roads shall be provided at the Storage Facility to ensure vehicle accessibility. These roadways shall connect to either public highways in the case of a stand-alone facility, or, if located within an existing facility, host site’s internal roadways. The arrangement of site roads shall optimize traffic patterns for a safe interface with the existing roads, internal or external, and other ongoing operations.

Site Roads. Car Parks and Pavements The Facility shall be serviced by a comprehensive system of drained roads, car parks and hard standings that fully enables the safe and efficient access, circulation and egress of all vehicles using the Site including Vehicles, bulk tankers, coaches, private vehicles, etc., for the duration of the Agreement Period. The type and quality of pavements and associated kerbings, footpaths and features shall be sympathetic to the Department’s desire for a landmark development. All required access routes for fire fighting purposes shall be provided following ProjectCo's consultation with the Isle of Man Fire Service. A system of footpaths shall be incorporated which enables safe pedestrian access from car parks within the Site and the public road to all buildings and external structures and equipment.
Site Roads. Each wind turbine will have an access road to allow for vehicle access to facilitate inspections and maintenance of the turbines and associated equipment during operation. According to documentation provided by AFII and shown in Figure A-2, the access roads will consist of 6 inches of crushed gravel covering 12 inches of concrete-stabilized soil. All public / county roads were assumed to remain in place after decommissioning and were not considered as part of this Study.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract.
