Site Office. Throughout the Project, the Design-Builder shall provide and maintain a fully-equipped construction office for the Project site.
Site Office. A. Tenant or Tenant's contractor shall construct an appropriate site office for personnel and materials within the Premises.
Site Office. Contractor shall have to provide temporary site office with requisite furniture & appliances and godown for storing/stacking construction materials at their own cost for which no extra payment will be made.

(In continuation of Clause No.8.4 of General Conditions of Contract) The Contractor shall provide separate site offices for Engineering division of Employer and of area admeasuring min. 225.00 Xx.xx. with Air Conditioners for entire office premises including conference hall of 75 Sq.Mtrs. as per the detailed drawings approved by the Engineer for the site office at no extra cost.
Site Office. The Contractor shall provide and maintain Furnished Site Office at the Project Location for the Supervisory Staff of the Employer and his approved Representative. It shall have minimum 40 Sqm of Floor Area and shall include all Items like Electric Supply, Electrical Items, Telephones, Lights, Fans and Complete Wiring, Drinking Water Supply and Hygienic Toilet Facilities completed along with Furniture as listed below.
Site Office. Contractor shall provide a site office for the exclusive use of the engineer and/or the owner under this contract and separated by a lockable door from an area used by the contractor. The office shall be heated, with a desk, chair and light over the desk. Requirements of the site office will be strictly enforced. SP:5 CONTINGENCY ALLOWANCE In regard to the Contingency Allowance contained in the Tender, it is understood and agreed by the Contractor that such Contingency Allowance is merely for the convenience of accounting by the Owner, and the Contractor is not entitled to payment thereof except for extra or additional work carried out by them as directed by the Engineer in writing and in accordance with the Contract and only to the extent of such extra or additional work.
Site Office. The contractor shall maintain his site-office at their own cost. Their staff shall have proper communication facility or instruments. Space for site office shall be provided by GAIL
