SITE HANDOVER. 3.1 A site handover meeting shall be arranged by the Contractor with ALEMA and/or its nominated agent and the Owner at least 48 hours prior to the date of handover is required. NOTE: Handovers occur on a Thursday. The meeting will be held on the building site before the Contractor will be entitled to move onto site in any form or for any purpose, including the storing of building materials on the site.

SITE HANDOVER. Prior to commencement of the works on site a handover meeting shall be convened with the parties and estate management in order to ensure that all items as listed for this milestone have been attended to and in order.
SITE HANDOVER. 3.1 A site handover meeting will be held prior to the Building Contractor moving on site in any form. This includes the storing of fill material. The Architect (Principal Agent) is to inform XXXXXX a minimum of 14 days prior to commencement of clearing the footprint area, provide the details of the accredited building contractor, and request a date for a site handover, which will be attended by the following: • Architect (Principal Agent), Estate Manager (or Building Control Manager), Environmental Officer, Principal Building Contractor, the Owner ( if available ) and any other relevant service providers, if required. The Principal Agent is to advise the Estate Manager / Building Control Manager prior to site handover once the list of criteria on the site handover certificate, including the following, has been addressed:
SITE HANDOVER. CAPL shall deliver to Acropower vacant possession of the land upon which the Facility will be constructed, not later than 31 July 2019. Acropower shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Facility and shall remain at all times the owner of the Facility despite it being constructed on the Farm.

  • Handover ‌ Unless otherwise agreed, a handover in order to ensure that the Delivery is in accordance with the Agreement shall be conducted immediately after assembly. Both Parties must be represented when the handover is carried out. Any shortcomings/deficiencies will be registered in the shortage list in a handover form and the shortcomings/deficiencies must be rectified without undue delay by the Supplier. The Supplier is aware that there will be limited time for rectifications, as the place of delivery, cf. clause 5, may have limited space and rehearsals may start immediately after assembly. The Supplier must adjust to the circumstances. The Supplier shall be liable for any deficiencies in accordance with clause 22.3 and 22.4, irrespective of whether or not the deficiencies have been stated in the shortage list.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Commencement of Interconnection Activities If the Developer executes the final LGIA, the ISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall perform their respective obligations in accordance with the terms of the LGIA, subject to modification by FERC. Upon submission of an unexecuted LGIA in accordance with Section 30.11.3, the Parties shall promptly comply with the unexecuted LGIA, subject to modification by FERC.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
