Common use of Site Grading Clause in Contracts

Site Grading. The DEVELOPER, hereby, agrees to construct all site grading to comply with the approved Construction Plans, including the approved Erosion Control Plan for the PROJECT and to comply with the Engineering Standards and Specifications, Stormwater Ordinance, and all other codes and ordinances enforced by the CITY.
