Site for Medical College. The Site of the Medical College shall comprise the land as described in Schedule A, and in respect of which the Authority shall provide leasehold rights along with the constructive possession of the site for Medical College and all way leaves, easements, unrestricted access and other rights of way howsoever described, necessary for construction, operation and maintenance of the Medical College to the Concessionaire upon payment of the lease rent of Re 1/- (Rupee One) only under and in accordance with this Agreement and under the terms of the Lease Agreement to be executed in the form and manner as provided in Schedule A (the “Site for Medical College”). The Lease Agreement shall, subject to Applicable Laws, be valid for a term of 33(thirty- three) years and shall be co-terminus with concession agreement.
