Site Backup. Contractor shall maintain daily backups of the Server Environment sufficient to reestablish a fully functional site within 5 business days. Such backups shall be made available to NYSERDA within 3-5 business days upon request.
Site Backup. At Vendor's expense, Vendor shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.

Included in the hosting fee, Ciesa shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location on a daily basis (retained for a total of 31 consecutive calendar days prior to the current day), and monthly (retained for a total of 6 consecutive months prior to the current month) basis.

A need has always existed for schools to keep a copy of business critical as well as sensitive data in a secure off-site location which will ensure that the school can resume normal operations as quickly as pos- sible in the event of a disaster. The council can provide this service to schools as a costed service.
Site Backup. At Xxxxxxx Xxxx Center’s expense, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Center shall backup the content of the Website in a commercially reasonable manner for a running period of thirty (30) days.

Site Backup. At Provider's expense, Provider shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.
Site Backup. At Zoovy's expense, Zoovy shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website may continue uninterrupted.
