Site Application Forms. 4.1.1 For each and every Site LICENSEE proposes to use under this Agreement, LICENSEE shall initiate its request by completing and submitting to PG&E an SAF, and paying the then applicable Application Fee. The Application Fee will compensate PG&E for, among other things, costs to review the SAF, perform an initial site visit, conduct land rights research, review conditions that may be placed on PG&E Land or Facilities by a local jurisdiction as part of a conditional use permit, and coordinate review with various PG&E departments. LICENSEE acknowledges that the Application Fee is an approximation of costs, and the actual costs incurred by PG&E with respect to an SAF may be more or less than the Application Fee. PG&E shall not be required to keep an accounting of its costs, and in no event shall LICENSEE be entitled to a refund of all or any portion of the Application Fee.
