Site Acceptance Testing. Pathnet shall perform all site acceptance tests as recommended by the manufacturers of the Equipment and Pathnet shall provide the results of any such site acceptance testing to Incumbent promptly after completion of such testing.

Site Acceptance Testing. Successful bidder shall develop detailed Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and conduct detailed AcceptanceTest for verification of performance and requirements. All the test procedures will be traced back to the specifications and requirements. Acceptance Testing will be conducted at the installation site in presence of Purchaser’s representative/team. Successful bidder shall ensure that the tests are performed as per the approved plan and procedures. Successful bidder is responsible for making available the necessary test and measuring equipment required for the tests and documentation including test results, observation and analysis. MCF shall appoint a Test and Evaluation Committee and the Acceptance Testing shall be conducted under the supervision of this committee.
Site Acceptance Testing. Descriptions/Objectives This task is an allowance for ongoing SCADA programming and related support services during the completion of the balance of the work. This scope assumes that process facilities are deferred and that no startup activities will be performed, except as follows. Functional Testing 2(FT-2) will be performed for north generator (83B). SCADA system conversion to single SCADA platform requires FT-2 to be re-performed for south generator (83A). CH2M will organize all startup records, for later continuation of startup services.

This Acceptance Test Certification shall form the basis for acceptance of the system.

Site Acceptance Testing. After the installation at STFC Xxxxxxxxxx Laboratory has been completed to the satisfaction of all parties, the Power Supply will be tested in two stages.  The first stage will be with the power supply isolated from the resonant magnet circuit. The tests will prove that the installation has been satisfactorily completed. The Test Programme will be agreed at a Design Review before manufacture begins, but they shall include a Short Circuit Test at full current and an Open Circuit Test at Full Voltage. Details will be discussed with the winning bidder. The second stage will be with the Dipole Test Circuit properly connected. The Test Program will be agreed after the factory tests have been completed but will include a 24 hour test at the nominal working current with full magnet AC excitation. These tests should demonstrate the design values of the power supply stability.  Acceptance test dates will be scheduled to fit with the ISIS Operational and shut down schedule. Acceptable dates for these tests will be provided by STFC. The details of the tests and schedule will be discussed more fully during the design review.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Performance Tests Contractor shall perform Performance Tests in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Agreement and Attachment S.

  • Stability Testing Patheon may be requested to conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees and during the time periods set out in Schedule C to a Product Agreement. Patheon will not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from Client. If a confirmed stability test failure occurs, Patheon will notify Client within one Business Day, after which Patheon and Client will jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the cause of the failure, including which party will bear the cost of the investigation. Patheon will not be liable for these costs unless it has failed to perform the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, and Applicable Laws. Patheon will give Client ail stability test data and results at Client’s request.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Product Testing Upon request, Customer shall provide Operator a laboratory report for each Product delivery by Customer or Customer’s supplier. Operator will not be obligated to receive Contaminated Product for throughput across the Berths, nor will Operator be obligated to accept Product that fails to meet the quality specifications set forth in the arrival notice.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.
