Single User License. This license allows for use of this report by one individual person. This person may use the report on any computer, and may print out the report, but may not share the report with any other person or persons. Unless a Department/Team or Corporate License is purchased, a Single User License must be purchased for every person who wishes to use the report within the same organization or enterprise. Buyers who infringe upon these license terms are liable for a Department/Team or Corporate License fee.
Single User License. A Single-User license is for a named individual who is identified as the only Authorized User. This user is not permitted to re-assign, transfer, or sublicense the software, except as described in Section 5, Transfer. This user may install and use the software on up to three computers, as long as the single-user Customer is the sole user of the software. If the computer on which this Software is loaded is attached to a network, this Software must not be accessible by any other user on such network. Single-user licenses may not be installed or used in a virtualized environment in order to or in a manner that circumvents the single user license type.
Single User License. You may: (a) install the Software on one computer for access and use by only one specific person; and (b) install the Software on one additional computer (e.g., a laptop that you own and use in your business or a home computer that you own and use in your business), so long as only the same specific person accesses and uses the Software. If you purchased a valid license for the Software and received an Authentic Intuit DVD, such DVD is your backup copy of the Software. If you purchased a valid license and received the Software pre-installed on a new computer or through an electronic download, you may make one backup copy of the Software, but only for the purpose of reinstalling the Software, if needed, on the single computer or additional computer referenced in (a) and (b) above. You are not allowed to make copies of the printed materials accompanying the Software, if any, or print multiple copies of any user documentation.
Single User License each Single User License allows one designated User to install and use the Software on an unlimited number of Computers.
Single User License. Unless you have purchased a multiple user License, you are authorized to use a single copy of the Software on a single stand- alone computer (including a laptop type computer), usable by one person at a time.
Single User License. Where a single user license is agreed, CUSTOMER is entitled only to use the licensed material at a certain number of workstations. Before the software may be used at additional workstations, it must be fully deleted from other workstations so that the specific number of workstations in total is not exceeded. b2)
Single User License. You may copy the Software onto a single computer for your personal, noncommercial use, and you may make one back-up copy of the Software, subject to these conditions:
Single User License. If you are using the Materials under the control of a Single-User license, you as an individual may install and use the Materials on an unlimited number of computers provided that you are the only individual using the Materials and only one copy of the Materials is in use at any one time. A separate license is required for each additional use and/or individual user in all other cases. Intel will provide you with a license code key that enables the Materials for a Single-User license. If you obtained a time-limited Single-User license, the duration (time period) of your license and your ability to use the Materials is limited to the time period of the obtained license, which is controlled by the license key code for the Materials. If you are an entity, Intel grants you the right to designate one individual within your organization to have the sole right to use the Materials in the manner provided above.
Single User License. If You have purchased and paid for a "Single User License” or if the invoice or quote issued to You by Transoft does not identify the Software by any other License Type then in addition to the rights and obligations set out in section 1(a) of this Schedule “A”:
Single User License. License software can be installed for single-user operation by installing a single-user serial number supplied by DART COMMUNICATIONS or its authorized distributor. This installation type means you may use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer. The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into permanent memory (e.g., hard disk or other storage device) of that computer.
