Common use of Single Source Selection Clause in Contracts

Single Source Selection. Services of consulting firms for the carrying out of the preparation of the financial management system under Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $10,000 equivalent per contract may, with the Association’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. Services of consulting firms for the carrying out of the preparation of the procurement and financial management system support under Part B D of the Project which are estimated to cost less than $10,000 20,000 equivalent per contract contract, may, with the Association’s 's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Services of consulting firms for the carrying out of the preparation of the financial management system under Part B B.3 of the Project that are estimated to cost less than $10,000 100,000 equivalent per contract contract, may, with the Association’s Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. Services of consulting firms for the carrying out under Part B.3 (a) of the preparation of the financial management system Project, and services under Part B of the Project very small contracts which are estimated to cost less than $10,000 25,000 equivalent per contract contract, where it is not possible or justified to obtain competitive proposals, may, with the AssociationBank’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.

Single Source Selection. Services of consulting firms for the carrying out of the preparation of the financial management system under Part B (viii) of the Project which are estimated to cost less than the equivalent of $10,000 equivalent per contract 38,000, may, with the Association’s Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.8 through 3.11 of the Consultant Guidelines.
