Single Caged. A single caged arrangement is a form of caged collocation, which alloWs TWTC to lease caged floor space to house their equipment within W1NDSTREAM wire center(s) or access tandem(s) pursuant to this Attachment. 2_ A shared collocation cage is a cage collocation space shared, and applied for, by twp or more collocators, pursuant to tams and conditions agreed to by the collocators. In making sl_cd cage arrangements available, WINDSTREAM may not increase the cost of site preggtmtion or no_g charges above the cost for provisioning such a cage of similar dimensions and material to a single collocating party. In addition, WINDSTREAM must prorate the q_,hergefor site conditioning and preparation undertaken by WINDSTREAM to construct tlLe shared collocation cage or condition the space for collocation use, regardless of how ma_ y carriers actually collocate in that cage, by determining the total charge for site preparation and allocating that charge to a collocating carrier based on the percentage of the total space utili_ d by that carrier. WINDSTREAM will issue separate billing for the non-recurring and monthly rectming collocation charges to each CLEC. WINDSTREAM will only provide a shared collocati m cage to collocators who are certificated with the South Carolina Public Service Commissiol as local Attachm7e:nPt hysicCaol llocation Pag3e I exchange carriers in the state of South Carolina, end that have separate active intercormection agreements, with WINDSTREAM, pursuant to Sections 25 i & 252 of the Act.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
