Simultaneous Appointments. No employee may simultaneously hold an appointment in a given classification in more than one appointment category with the following exceptions:
Simultaneous Appointments a) Other than allowed for elsewhere in this clause 8.4.5.4, an employee must not simultaneously be appointed to more than one Leadership Position.

Simultaneous Appointments. In exceptional circumstances, a teacher may be simultaneously appointed to more than one (1) PAR position. If the Principal assigns a person additional responsibility, then the new role will be assigned a new number of leadership points. Any alteration to the level of responsibility shall take into account any before and after assignment tenure provisions.
Simultaneous Appointments. (a) In exceptional circumstances, Teacher may be simultaneously appointed to more than one (1) PAR position. Simultaneous appointment may only occur by mutual agreement. Where a Teacher is subject to simultaneous appointment, that Teacher will receive all of the benefits of all such positions.
Simultaneous Appointments. A Teacher must not simultaneously be appointed to more than one Position of Responsibility.
